woke up early to run before mass at 8 and work at 11, but my legs just felt plain shitty. i was going to do 6 for the first time, but my hammy was acting up as well as my calves and my stride just felt so abnormal. days like today are really frustrating because they make it seem like im not getting better at all. not really sure what to think right now in terms of being healthy enough to workout or race
