Extended cress creek progression w/NCC

With the top group. Easy first 5-6miles and then tempo the last few. My calf actually felt pretty good and just took a little bit for the legs to open up. Still felt good by 9 miles after running a 5:15 and 5:20( with going up the stairs by the train) but didn't want to get greedy and close the last mile with them and fuck the calf back up. This morning was great progress on my healing so just started my cool down for the 10th and 11th miles. 4xhard strides after inside res and felt good.
