reg cress creek into jesus + 4xnick Hird 400s (72,69,67,64). Legs felt fine. Not tight at all but fatigued. Pace was slow so felt pretty good/easy for all of cress creek. Got a bloodly nose like 1.5 miles in from a snot rocket but just kept running through it. Added on Jesus solo and then went inside for some 400s. Stayed in the GPS mode so it didn't pick up like half of my 400 distances but actually progressed well and felt pretty good/fast on them. Felt like I was able to switch gears well too.
