Ladder fartlek (1,2,3,4,5,4,3,2,1) w/ half rest
Wore the 1080s today instead of a designated workout shoe for some delayed gratification. Got my booster shot in the last 24 hours so was pretty fatigued most of the day but thankfully felt good on this.
Workout was 2mile WU straight into the fartlek. Only got stopped after the first 2min on at the light on ogden. Other than that I felt pretty good and ran pretty quick. Goal HM pace is 5:10-5:15 pace so i was right at that or under for most of the ons. Cooled down the last 3 miles to home and then some hip/glute strength afterward.
