morning run. chillier today than its been by a lot. went out in 35:05 and came back in 33:52. my left upper arm felt sore/tired from the start because of the cotton shirt probably, but my legs were moving and i wasnt really exerting that much effort. breathing is definitely getting better as well as my form. my left hammy/hip area tightened up a little towards the end as i also had to take a poop which made it more difficult, but it ended up fine for a solid morning run to start the week
