workout: 3 sets of 4x400 w/short rest from finish to start at slow jog pace and then 1lap plus finish to start in lane 6 jog between sets (roughly 250meters i think). never really felt good at any point during this workout. my breathing wasnt terrible but was definitely rough. arms were tight/a little tired and my lower back/hips just seemed to be more resticted. the moral of the story is that i just didnt feel smooth or easy. i tried the best i could to immediately start the short jog rest after each rep but a few times toward the end i stopped for about 5-10 seconds. this wasnt a bad workout but i still need to keep working on pushing myself and stop being a pussy
