with lane and beaver. left leg was really tight to start( high inside hammy and low middle hammy/high calf). went to herrick adding in the hill at the park by iroquois on the way out. was feeling super tired from the start and almost debated turning around before herrick but once we turned around in herrick i felt a lot better and smooother. we ended up actually running decently fast even though i thought we went out slow as balls
