CCIW Open race DNF
Set the pace early and led until about 3.5 miles when Trevor caught up. Left hammy had been getting tighter throughout the race and started to twinge the last half mile before I dropped out. My best guess is that my hammy got tight from wearing the dragonfly on the limestone but not sure. Didn't want to truly injure myself and felt bad I wasn't able to help Trevor to the finish but thankfully he closed well for a big PR
