Chicagolands 3k in the slowest of 3 heats since i was entered as a no time. went out and tried to attack the race like i used to in high school but i just stayed too comfortable, i started to lap people after like 800 so that helped but i just wasnt as poppy as i would like to be. for being by myself and having my legs feeling tired from xtraining/workouts, this was okay, but i was hoping for a lot better going in. I'll be making some minor adjustments to my training the next few weeks in an effort to get the most out of my body come meet day because i dont think ive run a race this season that is truly indicative of where i am fitnesswise.
