2 miles on my treadmill after work. meant to be a shakeout run and obviously so i could hit 70 for the week. this was the only day where i doubled, although i wouldnt really consider this a true double since i only did 2 miles, but nevertheless, i ended the week on a good note and am ready to start practice on tuesday
