maintenance quarter after the fartlek in lane 1 with my tights on. had to go around a few people every lap so i figure i probably wouldve broken 60, but my upper body was tired. my legs honestly werent too bad at this point. i need to keep working on core and definitely some upper body so i can be stronger when i get fatigued
