Workout:
2x2miles with 2:30 rest between reps and 1x1mile all at 5:50
Routes:
2mile- Alleman to Firehydrant by bushes and back on 38th(ACTUAL LENGTH 2.1)
1mile- Alleman to guardrail(o/b) (ACTUAL LENGTH 1.2)
i hit all times with the actual length of the routes, but with the presumed distances i didnt hit a single time. its not that the 2miles was hard, but i would go out faster than needed and i would try not to slow down too much, but somehow i managed to do that anyways
