a few second faster than last week and i went out 8-10 seconds faster the first mile so there was less progression. effort was same level. it was windier today, my legs felt tighter and little more fatigued, and i had to shit the whole last mile, which hampered my ability to progress thoughout the whole mile. in fact i really didnt speed up at all because i was right on that fine line of running fast but not fast enough that i still had some bowel movement control. i still ended up faster without laboring too bad at all so thats good. not a bad workout. i guess i figured i would go much faster than last week, but i still got a decent effort in considering the other factors at play.
