Notes
took it pretty easy on this and opened up a little the last 3.5. pretty chilly, but definitely not as windy as yesterday. my knew was iffy again today. i felt it the first 1.5 miles and a couple other times randomly, but it wasnt consistently there and when it was it wasnt really painful, but just a little uncomfortable. not really sure what the problem is but hopefully i can knock it out with some ibuprofen and sombra during the next few days
