workout by myself in merner. did a lot of sit ups on the that inclined bench, curls, shoulder pull, squats, cleans for the first time, and some pull-up esque where i lay on the ground. solid workout and my arms are tired for sure from doing a lot of pullups the last few days. i am definitely getting stronger though so i am really happy about that
