overslept alarm so missed running with the guys at 630. rushed over to res and got there at 7ish. started up and looped over towards huffman and then cut over to jefferson parking garage to meet brady. wasnt there so did a small loop. still wasnt there so ran to res, check my phone, saw he wasnt coming at all, so then i ran to diz's and back to grab running shorts and socks so that i had clean stuff post shower. hip/hammy still kinda tight from the back but not as bad today
