workout was 5x1mile in linocln park at 5:28 with 1:30 standing rest between reps. i felt extremely relaxed during this workout. i focused on my form and the best possible footing and i was automatically running faster and saving energy. i didnt try going faster each interval, it just happened that my first 800 would be a few seconds faster. i only somewhat kicked on the last one to break 5, but i backed off because i had to shit again. i was only kicking the last 150 anyways so it wouldnt have made much of a difference. feel good after 2 straight days of speedwork
