1mile on the tread @ Athletico

After strength and getting dry needled in my upper quad/hip flexor area, I did a mile on the tread to see how I felt. Legs/midsection felt mostly pretty good. Only felt a slight sensation in the area at the start and didnt really notice it after that. Did some eccentric adductor strengthening afterward since that's still a weak spot/sensitive area
