after working 4-7, i picked up nick at his house and we went out towards four lakes. it was still pretty humid but the sun was covered so it didnt feel as hot as it did the rest of theday. ended up turning off on green trails drive and looped around that neighborhood-getting some extra elevation change- and then came back on green trails drive. nick and i got moving a bit the last couple miles and then i finished up at res after dropping him off
