"I'm not remotely acclimated" LR w/ Nick + Tim
started mid morning from the hotel and it was already hot and sunny. it proceeded to heat up the whole run and real feel by the time we got done was mid-high80s. we all got to bed super late so going earlier wasnt really an option. i struggled on this run..felt like i was dying only a few miles after going 7min pace. body just hasnt adapted to the heat yet and hopefully it will sooner than later because runs like these are not enjoyable in the slightest
