first full park workout. felt pretty solid today. went out too fast on the first one, but was able to stay pretty consistent after that. each one the first 800 was between 2:18 and 2:20. i was with dan for pretty much all of it, either one of us would be leading depending on the interval. i felt pretty shitty on the third one so luckily i was able to sit behind dan. on the last one i felt strong and took off a little bit with 600 to go. overall this was a very good first workout and my legs responded well. i definitely need to continue working on my form and breathing but that will come as i build my streak/fitness
