90% on the alter g. last PT appt. started with a 1 mile warm up at 6 min pace and then did a couple sets of a ladder: 1min for each rep starting at 10mph, then 11mph, then 12mph and then back down. i did that twice and then i started at 10mph and started slowly progressing up to 12mph for the next 10ish minutes. the last mile i did a cool down at 6 min pace. my legs didnt feel super open today but breathingwise i felt pretty good. no pain at all and very minimal tightness in my hammy thus so im looking pretty good
