doubled back a few hours later and came away with a few second PR. held onto plank and dhru the best i could. i felt super flat but i engaged my mind as well as i could have. had nothing left when it came to the kick but this was a confidence booster to be able to come back after a fast "mile" effort and still run a PR in the 3k
