Felt a little tired heading to practice today, but ended up feeling pretty good. I knew I'd feel better than last week but I wasn't sure how much. The tempo got out a bit slower today and the 2nd mile wasn't as fast, but I made sure that I was progressing throughout and engaging my mind as it got tougher. I ended up finishing the tempo pretty quick and was closing in on Gabe at the end. ran 2 seconds faster than last week so improved a little here. rough splits were 606, 524, 513, 259 (454pace)
