sharpening effort with the mid D bois. breathing was still pretty shitty and left hammy didn't feel particularly great so it was hard to go fast. was 31, 29, 28, 28, 27, 28. ran most of them in the outside of lane 1 or in lane two so I wasn't in the way of the other guys so that may be why it felt harder to run fast but it is what it is. should've gotten my legs going fast enough for Friday. just gotta make sure I can get my left hammy/hip feeling groovy for the race
