workout was 2 sets of 4x200 at 33 with 200 jog rest + 1x1000 at 3:16 with 2min standing rest + 2x200 at 31 with 400 jog rest. the weather was pretty nice, it was pretty windy, but it didnt play a huge factor because we were only doing mainly 200s and it was a cross wind. i felt pretty good on this workout. almost perfect, but i had to go to the bathroom after my 3rd to last 200 so i went instead of my 200 jog and ended up not being able to go. after the ensuing 200 and 1000 i felt i had to go again but i just kept going anyway
