fartlek with ethan from my house to black hawk, 3 loops with 1 inner ring, and back to my house. 1 min hard at the top of the hill on the first loop with 3min hard on the backstretch of that loop. 2 min hard on the backstretch of loop two. 1 min hard on the inner ring and 2 min hard on the backstretch of loop 3. 3 min hard on the way back home. 12 min hard total at or below 5 min pace. we were going pretty quick and our reg pace was probably like 6:35-6:40. overall this was a good workout in the morning and i didnt tighten up at all until the last 1 minute or so
