afternoon run. diz's to school, then o/b on the bike path with dan and jamie and then back to diz's the same way i came with dan. felt kinda off on this run. we were going pretty slow and i think i was just pretty empty fuelwise so i just kinda felt out of it. before i knew it, i would get dropped like 10 meters instantly numerous times but it all ended up fine. we did progress so rough splits were 651, 645, 704, 641, 637, 633, 623, 616, 615, 629, 604
