Riverwalk fartlek
Had planned on doing k's on the track but had to call an audible because of mens lax. Seb and I jogged over to the river walk and then started a similar fartlek to last week but instead of 4 reps per set it was 6. I ended up doing 2 sets of 6x60sec on w/ 30sec off with 2:30 jog after the first set and then a short jog and bathroom break after the 2nd set. Finished off by join sebaz on the last 4 reps on his 3rd set so I did 16x60 sec ons in total. Easy jog back to res after
