Recovery Zwift ride (Watopia Jungle Loop)
Mostly easier effort this morning. I knew my legs weren't going to feel good but they either felt way worse or the route was legitimately on a dirt road because it was harder to just go 20mph on flat and couldnt eclipse 30mph going downhill (EDIT- it was a dirt road since apparently zwift added in rolling resistance a couple weeks ago to make things even more realistic). Also, the route wasnt as flat as I would have liked for my recovery today...about 550-600ft elevation gain in total throughout
