Solid MR crew of 9 guys this morning. Temp was good but 100% humidity..never felt like my breathing struggled tho. Legs actually felt decent from the start and I was able to get moving well and felt smooth. I elected to not go ahead around 6 when dhru picked it up since it wasn't even half way through the run. Still ended up picking it up with licari but not as much. Progressed until the end feeling really easy/smooth and then added on Jesus with dhru and nick. 4xstrides in front of merner afterward
