colder out this morning than it has been the rest of the week. started off with behnkes with the guys but that turned a little fast since argeni wanted to go ahead so I joined along with a few other guys. after that I went out towards diz's winding through the neighborhoods by casey's. Gabe, makrounis, and Sebastian turned off at modaff and I went down to the limestone path, took that to DPRT, then hobson to oleson, all the way down to Elizabeth, took that to porter and then up the back res hill finishing at kman. legs felt pretty good throughout. felt a little tired but not too bad. got moving pretty well too without pushing and in colder temps so that was good as well. rough splits were 724, 649, 606, 552, 618, 612, 604, 603, 557, 538, 252(@538 pace)
