rode in to school to run with the guys but it was starting to rain and apparently was supposed to be bad storms so they all decided to run on the shelf. i didnt get my ass there that early to run inside so i set off by myself. i ended up doing mon tempo route through lincoln park into wacky. felt okay. better than yesterday but still super humid out even though it was raining on me the whole run so breathing wasnt great. didnt try pushing the pace at all so it was pretty modest until the last couple miles my legs seemed to open up a little bit. splits were roughly 720, 706, 647, 639, 646, 631, 626, 635, 622, 609
