200 float, then 1500m workout-800, 400, 300 @ race effort

32 and then 2:00, 59.6, 41.4 (3:42 1500). Polar opposite feeling from this workout in comparison to my debut last week. The coaches upped the rest to 2min this week instead of 90 secs because it was hotter so that made this workout seem much easier. Strided a 32 before we started the bulk of the workout. Chris/Andy led the 800. They caught me off guard by rolling into it since I did standing starts last week. We went through in 60ish and even splitted pretty well finishing in 2:00mid. I led the 400 and neg-splitted that in 59.6. Chris wanted to lead the 300 so I started behind him and next to andy in lane 2. I took the lead with 200 to go and really popped open the last 150meters to run 41.4. Overall, even tho the rest was slightly higher this week, the temps were higher and it was windier and I felt NOWHERE near as bad as I did last week. Most of it I attribute to running 3 seconds slower in the 800 to start it out but I finished the 300 feeling like I could run another set no problem versus last week where I could barely start the 300, ran 6 seconds slower, and basically died. Good progress and nice prep for the 1500 in 2.5 weeks
