LR with the crew. headed out to springbrook, did the loop counterclockwise and then went under the bridge and added on the grass loop. pace picked up a bit here but felt really comfortable throughout. after the loop, took a right on modaff and finished the medium modaff loop. after a quick pitstop at res, added on wacky with nolan. solid easier long run overall and beautiful morning out. rough splits throughout were 723, 643, 627, 616, 613, 612, 609, 606, 608, 603, 556, 555, 557, 544, 549, 600, 613, 604, 611
