Pacing Gabe (through 1k in 2:36 on pace for 3:08)
Felt smooth and was clicking off 31s. Gabe got antsy and passed me at the 1k even though I was still on pace so my next 200 was slower because I I let off the gas. Decided to not finish the mile so coasted in at 3:11 through 1209 meters
