Felt a little better during the run. at the beginning my right hip was hurting just a little bit, plus my shin, but after the first 2 or so minutes it went away. i improved again by 15 seconds this time. first mile: 6.48, second mile: 6.47
after wards my legs tightened right away and they are really sore. my goal is to stretch and ice a lot for the next week an hopefully whatever it is will go away\
overall a decent run
