131 floors after ellipticalling. legs were defintely fatigued since this was the second part to my workout. first 5 minutes at 16, next 5 at 17, next 2.5 at 18, next 1.5 at 19, and then last 1 at 20. finished fairly strong considering my legs were fatigued. did some pullups after ward and some stretching and then headed to the PT
