guestimate on total distance. Added on a bit before the team meeting for 15 minutes. Team meeting was long again which kinda sucked since i was already sore/tight. Continued on the shelf after the meeting but cut it at 50 min because I was starving and lightheaded. Went downstairs but hit a second wind so went in the FC and added on 2 miles at 618 pace w/ 4%elevation to finish it up. 4xstrides afterward
