started at NRC with ethan and then met up with brady and collin (reid?). we did wacky. i chatted with colin a bit and he was a super cool guy, apparently pretty quick as well (13:385k). at any rate, my adductor/groin/quad in my left leg has been kinda tight recently and didnt feel normal at all yesterday or today. it doesnt hurt, but its not comfortable. i called it early since i dont want to turn anything into a major injury
