CCIW Indoor Conference 3k. 6th place overall and a 10 second PR from my 3k time even though my high school 3k equivalent was probably about 8:40, but stll a PR anyway. Splits: 67, 2:19, 3:28, 4:37, 5:45, 6:53, 8:03, 33, 8:36.75

Pretty disappointed after the race even with the PR on tired legs because we ended up losing to augie by like 12 or so points and i lost to all 3 augie guys. just frustrating to lose to them, not that they werent ranked way ahead of me, but i know that if i stay healthy consistently, i can blow them all out of the water. I'm making good progress though healthwise and i think i have figured out most of the things that will keep me healthy so now i continually build my base and gain confidence and strength through my training so i can reach my desired level of fitness so i can go out in any race and know i have a legitimate shot to be in it and win.
