quick turnaround from last nights later run/workout. started at res at 630 and did medium modaff with the summer crew. didnt feel great at the start but found my rhythm on modaff and eventually started to pick up the pace on 87th and the bike path. i dont think any of the other guys were feeling particularly well because they wanted to stop at the gas station so i didnt go as hard as i probably would've the last few miles. ended up feeling pretty good though and glad to get this in before it gets hot and potentially storms later today
