house to blackhawk. felt pretty good from the start but as i went i started feeling my calf and it got progressively worse. i had to backtrack right after the stairs because a tree was down and there were a couple other trees down that i had to jump. the overall tidyness of the paths werent very good. i was planning on doing 8, but as i finished my first lap my calf was hurting enough that i decided to call it a day and went straight back. i stopped and stretched it for a minute and then started again and it felt better, but it was still there and slighty tight and painful
