workout was supposed to be 4x1mile with 2min jog rest between reps with 2 200s after, but i lost it and pussed out. it was 20-25 degrees with winds of 25mph with gusts of 35+mph. i was trying to feel as relaxed as i could while hitting around 5:10, but the increased wind during the second one just took all my will and motivation out of this workout. i feel bad about screwing this workout up and not finishing
