Pretty hot and super humid for a 6am start. Already 75 degrees and sunny when I started. Went from my house down to the Iowa side and did the first half of bix course. Cut through the village onto the bike path and back home. Tried keeping my effort pretty chill so that I can have a decent race this afternoon even with it supposedly being 97 degrees + humidity at race time. 4xstrides afterward on 27th street.
