late night run after work. attacked this run more from the start than i have since my hammy flared up. went through in 6:27, 13:50,18:46 and came back in 18:29 closing the last mile in 6:08 or 6:04. this was more of a trial run to see how my body would handle it. fitness-wise, my body was able to endure a "regular training" run that i wouldve done before getting injured. health-wise, my hammy and hip region(piriformis) did tighten up a decent amount. it wasnt terrible, but my left leg definitely tightened up even though i didnt slow down when it did. overall, it was a good run to see where i was and i dont think it will set me back at all since i didnt really hammer, just gradually pick it up
