XC State Meet 2012
got out pretty well in 5:05. this was the fastest i had gotten out all season. i followed that with my fastest second mile of the season with a 5:23. i finished strong in my fastest last mile of the season of 5:11 to finish with a PR of 15:39.1.
i finished 36th overall and 18 team points so i helped us a lot, but it wasnt enough because we missed out getting and 2nd or 3rd by 15 and 20 points respectively. everyone PR'd so there isnt much to complain about. \
overall it was a really good race for me. according to my siblings, i looked really tight the first couple of miles so i probably never hit my potential this season. this was still a huge success and PR for me that in my opinion helped me salvage something from the injury plagued season.
