workout was 3xmile with 90 seconds standing rest. i had decided coming in i was only going to do 3 to be safe and since i was just going to feel out my body going faster. overall this was a solid workout for me because i havent run fast like this since the beginning of july. aerobically i felt pretty good-breathing can be improved. legs seemed fine the pace i was going. a little tight after the fact but not too bad. the grass was super tall and wet so my vomeros probably werent the best option in terms of footing and weight but they are comfy and i value health over speed in workouts. my recovery is coming along smoothly at this point. plan is to do the 3 mile tempo and all 4 miles next week and then the varsity workout the following week
