first official workout of this track season. didnt really feel confident going in since the temperature was like 35 and windy, but i managed to get through it. my form felt really shitty, especially my upper body. was supposed to do 3x2mile at 5:25 pace with 2min. standing rest between reps. once again the route was long so i missed my pace for the sticker distance for the first rep but opened up more the first mile of the next two. on the last one my left leg did start tightening up the second mile, but it wasnt as drastic as it has in the past. overall, i hated doing the workout, but it ended up being a good first one
