Sore/tight/slow grinding LR w/ NCC

Legs were pretty sore/tight from yesterday. Mainly my left Achilles felt super stiff but it was being caused my hamstring(lower-mid) and upper calf being tight and pulling on it. Limped pretty hard the first couple of miles and it gradually went away. We were going slow anyway so that made it easier for me to not get ahead of the rest of the guys. Pace stayed slower throughout which was fine because I never felt good. Ended up starting fake extended modaff but detoured through Al's neighborhood and then cut into springbrook. Short way through springbrook and then into scientology into wacky. I really started feeling shitty at this point so I called it early and went back to school on porter instead of going into reverse prairie. My left leg had started to tighten up the last mile so I was glad to be done. Forced out 4xstrides inside res after a little while. Jess worked on my left leg a 1.5 hours later when all the guys on the team had gotten their treatment. I plan to get work done 1-2 times a week by her whenever it fits into my schedule and doesn't affect the teams AT hours
